Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR): Grant for Nonprofits Providing Child Welfare and Post-Release Services

The Administration for Children and Families is funding organizations that conduct home study evaluations of potential sponsors and provide post-release services to unaccompanied children in ORR custody. This includes in-person home visits, safety assessments, and three levels of case management support. The work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and linguistically appropriate. This larger grant funds individuals and organizations creating, celebrating, and teaching the art, culture, and heritage of diverse cultural groups in Minnesota. The New York Community Trust: Grant for Health Nonprofits Serving Underserved Communities

On Long Island, The New York Community Trust funds health programs that improve care for marginalized and underserved communities. This includes addressing health disparities, expanding access for uninsured or underinsured populations, and maternal and child health services.
