We do not collect: self-reported revenue or financial performance data, grant application history or outcomes, banking credentials or payment card numbers, or credit data.

3. Use of AI and Automated Tools

Funding Findr uses AI-assisted tools only for internal content operations. Specifically:

  • AI may be used to extract, structure, and normalize metadata for grant and funding listings (e.g., deadlines, eligibility tags, funding type).
  • AI is not used to analyze user behavior, personalize results, or profile users.
  • AI systems do not ingest personal user data for training or inference.

All user-facing discovery and filtering functionality is powered by deterministic, rules-based application logic.

4. Data Sharing

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted vendors that support platform operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support). These providers are contractually required to safeguard data.

4.2 Professional Services and Vendors

If you engage a third-party service provider through the platform, we may share the information necessary to deliver that service.

4.3 Financial and Funding Partners

We may share high-level, de-identified, or categorical information (such as general industry or business stage) with approved partners to present relevant services or offers. 4.4 Business Transfers

5. Third-Party Services

Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments are processed by Stripe. Funding Findr does not store payment card numbers or banking credentials. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the platform. Google Analytics may collect information such as IP address, device type, and usage patterns. This data is used only for measurement and platform improvement.

Visual UX Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how users interact with our website through session replays, heatmaps, and interaction analytics. Clarity may collect mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behavior, and device metadata. Clarity does not record keystrokes, passwords, or sensitive personal information.

Email Communications (Loops)

We use Loops to send transactional and marketing emails. Email engagement data (such as opens or clicks) may be tracked to improve communications. Loops processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy and security obligations.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Communications

You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails at any time.

6.2 Data Access and Deletion

You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. We will process verified requests within 14 business days unless retention is legally required.

6.3 Data Sharing Preferences

You may opt out of partner-related data sharing or sponsored content delivery at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain user data:
