2. Services We Provide

2.1 Discovery Tools

Funding Findr helps users discover publicly available funding opportunities, including grants, scholarships, and accelerator programs. Opportunities are organized using structured metadata, filters, and rules-based application logic. Funding Findr does not determine eligibility, guarantee accuracy, or guarantee funding outcomes.

2.2 Educational Tools & Content

All tools, templates, guides, and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

2.3 Future Services

We may introduce additional paid services in the future, including advisory tools, audits, consultations, or premium features. Any such services will be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

2.4 Partner Recommendations & Sponsored Content

We may recommend third-party tools, services, or resources. Some recommendations may generate referral or affiliate compensation. Sponsored content will be clearly labeled.

2.5 Microgrant Program & Publicity

Funding Findr may offer periodic microgrants or similar funding programs. By applying for or accepting a microgrant, recipients agree that Funding Findr may publicly announce their selection, including their name, business or project name, general location, and a brief description of the funded work.

Funding Findr may use this information for marketing, educational, and community-building purposes across its website, newsletters, social media, and partner communications. Participation in interviews or extended storytelling is optional.

3. User-Generated Content & Contributions

3.1 License Grant

By submitting content (including testimonials, feedback, or success stories), you grant Funding Findr a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content for platform, marketing, and educational purposes.

3.2 Content Standards

User-submitted content must be lawful, truthful, non-defamatory, and original or properly attributed.

3.3 Removal Rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Platform Usage Rules & Restrictions

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Scrape, download, or redistribute platform data at scale
• Use bots or automation beyond normal UI interaction
• Share accounts or create multiple accounts to bypass limits
• Misrepresent identity or submit false information
• Reverse engineer or compromise platform security
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

4.2 Fair Use

The Services are licensed for personal or internal business use only. Commercial redistribution or resale of platform data is prohibited without written consent.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

5.1 No Funding Guarantees

Funding Findr does not guarantee funding, eligibility, acceptance, or outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees.

5.2 Educational Use Only

All services and content are provided “as is” for informational purposes only.

5.3 Third-Party Content

We link to external opportunities and services but are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, or outcomes.

5.4 Technology Limitations

Funding listings may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Users are responsible for independently verifying all opportunity details.

6. Financial Terms

6.1 Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Funding Findr does not store payment card or banking credentials.

6.2 Refunds

Payments are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures or service issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, designs, data structures, and trademarks are owned by Funding Findr and protected by law. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

8. Account Management

8.1 User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and accuracy.

8.2 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, inactivity, or legal requirements.

8.3 Data Rights

9. Security & Anti-Scraping

We use technical and legal measures to protect platform integrity. Unauthorized access or data extraction may result in account termination and legal action.

Funding Findr may analyze aggregated and de-identified platform usage data to:

• Identify funding coverage gaps
• Support partnerships and research

No personal identifying information is sold. Users may opt out of partner data sharing as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Funding Findr’s total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Users agree to indemnify Funding Findr for misuse or violations

12. Service Modifications

We may modify or discontinue Services with reasonable notice. Terms updates will be communicated via email or platform notice.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are waived where permitted.
