The primary mission of The Bachman Strauss Dystonia & Parkinson Foundation of Mount Sinai shall be to operate exclusively for the charitable purposes of benefiting, supporting and furthering the charitable, scientific, research and educational purposes of (i) The Mount Sinai Hospital, Beth Israel Medical Center, The St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, and South Nassau Communities Hospital (the "Hospitals"), and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (the "School") and any hospital that, in the future, become members of the health system known as The Mount Sinai Health System.
