With over 85 years of local impact in eastern Massachusetts, we know that change doesn't happen overnight. As we move forward, we're keeping track of our progress with key indicators, such as increased fi nancial well-being, more households with at least $2,000 in emergency savings, fewer people spending over 50% of their income on housing,
