Webster County Community Hospital Foundation Inc

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code; and in particular to support, promote, and enhance the providing of professional health care by the Webster County Community Hospital for persons in Webster County and the surrounding environs and for such purposes, to seek and receive donations, gifts, grants, and bequests, in trust or otherwise, from the public or any agency, public or private; to purchase or otherwise acquire real estate and personal property, including rental or leasing of the same, and to enter into agreements with any governmental or private agency or individual for the providing of such medical services; and generally to do any and all things necessary or proper to assure the continued ability of Webster County Community Hospital to provide adequate health care to its patrons.
