Supports charitable organizations serving Kosciusko County residents with projects and programs that build inclusive communities for people with disabilities. Funding is awarded through a competitive grant process on an ongoing basis until all funds are allocated.

Most recent IRS Form 990 (requested but not required)

Eligibility

Must be a charitable organization serving Kosciusko County residents
Project or program must meet the Guiding Principles of the WindSwell Foundation Accessible Communities Fund
Applicant must contact Alex Hall (alex@kcfoundation.org) to discuss proposal prior to submitting a formal application
Must complete an Authorization Signature Form
Organizations not applying within the past 12 months must submit IRS Determination Letter, board member list, staff member list, and financial documents
