Capacity-Building Grant for Nonprofits Serving Youth with IDD

Capacity-building grants to help nonprofits improve, expand, or launch high-quality transition services for youth and young adults ages 12-26 with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. Two pathways are available: one for established organizations with demonstrated experience and one for emerging organizations seeking to begin providing transition services. Funded activities include adapting successful program models, building staff capacity, and strengthening partnerships and data systems.
