Eligibility

Must be a congregation/faith community of any religion
Building must have historic, cultural, or architectural significance
Congregation must be community-serving
Project must meet National Fund's six core criteria
Building must have a completed building conditions assessment
Urgent repair needs to building envelope must be identified and addressed before proposing ADA or interior rehabilitation projects
Must demonstrate fundraising readiness
Must raise or pledge at least 25% of matching funds before capital grant disbursement
