Eligibility

Must be a charitable, nonprofit, tax-exempt organization under IRS Section 501(c)(3)
Must align with at least one focus area: Healthy Communities, Disability and Empowerment, Cultural Development, or Education and Advancement
Must not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, medical condition, veteran status, marital status, or other protected characteristics
Must not be a 'pass through' organization or private foundation
Must not be a labor or fraternal group, chamber of commerce, service club, or similar body
Must not influence, promote, or attempt to initiate legislation or support political candidates
Must not further efforts through illegal, disruptive, or violent methods
Programs or organizations must not solely benefit individuals outside of the United States
