About this grant

Provides rapid, one-time funding to help nonprofit organizations respond to unforeseen disruptions that threaten their ability to deliver essential services. Funded activities may include responses to unexpected increases in service demand, funding loss, organizational restructuring, or costs related to providing legal services for immigrant and refugee families. The fund prioritizes organizations advancing economic security to improve outcomes for young children ages 0–5 and their families.

What you get

One-time grant award up to $50,000
Response within four weeks for requests $30,000 and under
Response within six weeks for requests over $30,000

Description of emergent need and plan to address it

Eligibility

Must be a New Hampshire 501(c)(3) organization or applying under a tax-exempt fiscal sponsor
Must serve families with children ages 0–5 who are at risk for poor health outcomes
Primary focus on organizations advancing economic security for young children and families
Grant activities must take place within one year from when the grant is awarded
Must not exclude or discriminate based on race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, national or ethnic origin
