About this grant

Provides grants to Centers that deliver technical assistance and producer services to agricultural producers seeking to develop and market value-added agricultural products. Funded Centers operate for a three-year performance period and support domestic manufacturing capacity and expanded markets for American farmers and rural producers. Approximately three awards are anticipated for fiscal year 2026.

Financial Assistance General Certifications and Representations in SAM
Documentation of matching funds (at least one-third of project cost)

Eligibility

Must meet eligibility requirements of 7 CFR § 4284.1020
Applicant and its principals must not be debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from USDA programs
Applicant must not be delinquent on any federal debt or have outstanding federal court judgments
Must have active SAM registration with a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)
Matching funds required for at least one-third of the Project Cost
Must comply with grant fund limitations in 7 CFR § 4284.1025
