About this grant

Provides reimbursement grants to local private nonprofit organizations that offer animal spaying and neutering programs in South Carolina. Funded through proceeds from 'No More Homeless Pets' special license plates, the program supports organizations performing spay/neuter surgeries to reduce homeless pet populations. Agencies may apply for multiple grants per fiscal year as long as funds are available and prior grants have been fulfilled.

Completed reporting spreadsheet in required uniform format
Name and address of each person who brought an animal to the program

Eligibility

Must be a local private nonprofit tax-exempt organization
Must offer animal spaying and neutering programs
Must be located in South Carolina
Must specify number of surgeries to be performed and species/gender of animals
May only apply for one grant at a time
Grants must be fulfilled within six months of receiving funds
