Programs must be located primarily in Sheboygan County or rural Wisconsin
K-12 schools must include a letter from the principal explaining how the request fits into the school's strategic goals
Requests must not be solely for general operating support (salaries, overhead)
Requests must not be for capital campaigns, building projects, fundraising drives, or event sponsorships
