About this grant
This pass-through grant funds Centers for Independent Living (CILs) to provide independent living services to people with disabilities. Recipients use the funding to deliver services in accordance with the West Virginia State Plan for Independent Living. Only organizations that meet federal standards and indicators for independent living under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 are eligible.
