Eligibility

Programs must be located in Idaho or provide services to residents of Idaho
Applicants must be public or private non-profit, faith-based organizations, government agencies, or qualified individuals providing community-based educational or service programs
Programs must have an Employer Identification Number (EIN) and an identified fiscal agent
Programs must provide certificates of commercial general liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance with the application
Applicants must register for a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) prior to applying
Proposed projects must use research-based or best practice methods with cited research
Direct treatment programs cannot be funded due to statutory wording
Project must include a logic model detailing how strategies activate protective factors
