Funds community-based organizations to serve as intermediaries between the Rhode Island Department of Labor & Training and historically marginalized populations facing barriers to employment. Partners conduct culturally and linguistically appropriate outreach, career navigation support, barrier reduction assistance, and community feedback collection to improve RIDLT program accessibility. This opportunity is not intended for full-scale case management or employment placement services.
