About this grant

Supports economic and community development projects in St. Louis County that advance business retention and expansion, neighborhood revitalization, entrepreneurship, real estate redevelopment, or targeted industry sector support. Projects may be programmatic or construction-related, including land acquisition, renovation, infrastructure, and workforce development. Priority is given to projects that increase economic opportunity for historically underserved individuals or benefit economically distressed communities.

Eligibility

Must be a nonprofit with 501(c)(3) designation
Applicant or project must be located in St. Louis County and/or primarily serve St. Louis County
Individuals are not eligible to apply
Grant requests may not exceed $300,000
No general operating expenses; only project-related administrative costs are eligible
Grantees must follow the Port's procurement policy for eligible reimbursement expenses
