• Grant funding for programs, projects, or events
• Potential referral to other funders (Foundation may share proposal with other funding sources)
• Recognition as a grantee on Foundation website and promotional materials

• Organization mission statement (max 100 words)
• IRS Tax Determination Letter (501(c)(3) or equivalent)
• Project/program title and summary (max 50 words)
• Community need and impact narrative
• Project strategy, timeline, and team description
• Total project cost, secured funding, and grant request amount
• Detailed budget (income and expenses)
• Up to two optional supporting documents (diagrams, research, letters of collaboration)

• Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or equivalent (place of worship, governmental/quasi-governmental entity, or school)
• Must have a non-discrimination policy covering race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, familial status, and disability
• Must be able to provide IRS Tax Determination Letter showing 501(c)(3) designation or equivalent
• Organization must serve the Marion community
