Grant for Community Projects in Eastern Oregon

• Up to $10,000 in funding per project
• Expert guides, step-by-step plans and other resources
• Advice and support from the ChangeX team
• Funding disbursed in two payments (typically 70% upfront, 30% upon impact reporting)

• Project description and address
• Motivation for starting the project
• Potential impact and scope of the project
• EIN number (if applying for more than $5,000)
• Bank account details for fund transfer
• Impact survey and project summary with photos (for second payment)

• Projects must take place within Umatilla or Morrow County, Oregon
• Projects must address at least one of: climate & environment, health & wellbeing, education, equity, justice & belonging, economic development & livelihoods, and/or arts & culture
• Individuals, community groups & organizations are only eligible for funding once per calendar year
• If applying for grant(s) totaling more than $5,000, the applicant must be a registered charity in the United States (EIN number required)
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a guardian
