About this grant
Supports one lead organization or consortium to deploy capital, coordinate expert technical assistance, and build long-term regional infrastructure for employee ownership models such as ESOPs and other worker-owned structures. The initiative aims to facilitate business conversions to employee ownership, preserve locally rooted businesses, and create sustained wealth for workers. Funds may be used flexibly across financing, technical assistance, and ecosystem building activities.
