Final report from prior grant cycle (if previously funded)

Eligibility

Must hold a 501(c)(3) Letter of Determination
Must complete and submit a Ministry Introduction Form (Ministry Profile) before applying
Must agree to SCCF's Statement of Faith with each application
Must be registered with the SC Secretary of State (annual requirement)
Ministry work must be Gospel-oriented and evangelistic in nature
Operations-based grants only available for discipleship ministries with operating budget of $100K or less
Cannot be a church, school, university, business, individual, or foundation
Funds must be used exclusively within the county for which the application was submitted
