Eligibility

Must be a nonprofit organization or fiscally sponsored project
Must have an IRS Determination Letter (501(c)(3) status)
Must serve geographic areas within Delaware (Statewide, New Castle County, Kent County, or Sussex County)
Project must align with one of five BluePrints priority areas
Organization must not discriminate in staffing or services on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, disability, national origin, or sexual orientation
Use of funding should begin within 3 months of receiving funds and generally be expended within 12 months
