Grant for Health-Focused Nonprofits in South Carolina

Supports projects that improve health outcomes and increase access to care across South Carolina, with funding priorities including access to health, children and families, diabetes management and prevention, health care quality, and workforce for health. Grants are awarded twice per year through regular funding cycles, with additional dedicated initiative cycles offered periodically. Eligible organizations must align their proposed projects with the Foundation's identified health priorities to reduce disparities in the Palmetto State.
