Grant for Historic Preservation Nonprofits with Revolving Funds

Supports nonprofit organizations operating or seeking to establish Historic Properties Redevelopment Programs (revolving funds) that use real estate strategies to preserve multiple historic buildings over time. Funded programs address issues such as economic revitalization, neighborhood development, equitable housing, and climate change through proactive historic preservation. Feasibility study grants are also available for organizations seeking to start a new program.
