• $25,000 one-year general operating grant
• Recognition as part of a cohort of up to 20 grantees

• Online application via GrantInterface portal
• Demonstration of track record in housing affordability work
• Description of alignment with program goals and funding strategies
• Evidence of commitment to equity and community engagement
• Financial health documentation

• Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
• Must be based in and serving one or more Triangle Counties (Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham)
• Must have at least 3 years of track record addressing housing affordability challenges in the Triangle
• Must meet the Foundation's non-discrimination policy
• Only one application per organization will be considered
