About this grant

Supports nonprofit organizations providing housing stability services, eviction prevention, and affordable housing policy and advocacy in the greater Atlanta region. Eligible programs include emergency shelter, outreach and case management, transitional and permanent supportive housing, rapid rehousing, emergency financial assistance, tenant legal support, and community organizing around affordable housing. Funding may be general operating support for organizations fully focused on housing stability or project-specific for organizations with multiple program areas.

Metrics and plan for measuring program success

Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization or operating under a fiscal sponsor with active 501(c)(3) certification
Must be registered with the Georgia Secretary of State as a nonprofit, or operating under a fiscal sponsor with active Georgia nonprofit certification
Must directly provide the services the grant opportunity intends to fund
Proposed work must support activities within Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton, and Gwinnett counties (policy proposals may address statewide policy)
Funding requests may not exceed 30% of the applicant organization's most recent annual expenses
Maximum funding request is $50,000
Grants may not be passed through to other nonprofit organizations
