About this grant
Provides small grants for equipment, supplies, and services to individuals within Trust beneficiary groups, including those with behavioral health conditions and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Grants are awarded on the basis of need and are designed to improve quality of life, increase independent functioning, and support healthy and productive lifestyles. Grants must be applied for and received through an agency on behalf of the individual beneficiary.
