Grant for Journalism Nonprofits in the Great Lakes Region

Supports independent, nonpartisan journalism projects focused on public policy issues affecting the Great Lakes region, including local and national reporting, early-career journalist development (particularly journalists of color), and strengthening the nonprofit news sector. Grantmaking covers reporting on culture, democracy, education, environment, gun violence prevention, and related policy areas.
