About this grant

Funds innovative and developmentally appropriate STEM programs serving Pre-K through 12th-grade students across the United States. Supports both pilot initiatives and established programs that provide real-world application of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics knowledge. Awards range from staff choice grants to committee-selected project grants.

What you get

Staff Choice Grant of $1,500 (five awarded by individual staff members)
STEM Grant Committee Award of $2,000–$7,500 per project (4–10 grants awarded)
An organization may receive both a Staff Choice Grant and a Committee award

How to apply

Attendance at one mandatory 'Lunch & Learn' informational session (July 8 or July 22, 2026)
Completed STEM Grant Application submitted by October 31, 2026
Program or project description demonstrating innovative STEM approach
Budget narrative for allowable use of funds

Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity, public school district, or private/public elementary or secondary school
Grant proposals must support a program or project serving Pre-K through 12th-grade students
Program must be located within the United States
Must have STEM-specific programming
Applicants must attend one mandatory 'Lunch & Learn' informational session
