About this grant
Pass-through funding for carbon reduction projects in the Little Rock-North Little Rock-Conway Metropolitan Statistical Area of Central Arkansas. Programs cover land acquisition and conservation, tree planting, bike-pedestrian trail construction, EV fleet conversion, EV charging infrastructure, streetlight conversion, and building energy efficiency upgrades. Eligible recipients include city and county governments in the MSA, as well as other governmental agencies, special districts, or nonprofits applying in partnership with eligible entities.
