About this grant
Supports public humanities programming that engages local Louisiana audiences with the state's contributions to the founding and development of the United States, in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Eligible project formats include lectures, film viewings, panel discussions, theatrical productions, historical reenactments, public art, and school events. Funding can cover honoraria, supplies, technical support, publicity, and facility rental.
