Grant for Maryland Health and Community Nonprofits

Funds programs that directly affect the health and wellness of Marylanders by dismantling barriers to health and improving safety and overall wellness. Eligible programs must align with Community Health Needs Assessment priority areas including chronic disease prevention, behavioral health, access to care, community safety, and social drivers of health. Open to nonprofit community organizations and 501(c)(3) public charities, including cultural, civic, and educational organizations whose proposals meet funding guidelines.
