Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity, community health center, or public university

Must demonstrate expertise in maternal health, toxicology, or related fields
Must have capability to reach pregnant women, families, and healthcare providers nationally
Prior experience operating similar resource centers or hotlines is strongly preferred
Must commit to translating complex scientific evidence into accessible public guidance
Must provide multi-year sustainability planning
