Grant for Maternal and Infant Health Nonprofits

Supports nonprofit organizations implementing programs that improve maternal and infant health outcomes, reduce disparities in pre-term birth rates and severe maternal morbidity, and address social needs throughout the pregnancy journey from pre-conception through postnatal care. Programs may be national in scope or focused on specific states, with an emphasis on culturally relevant, scalable, and measurable interventions.
