• Must be a City of Roanoke recognized neighborhood/community association, crime watch group, or local nonprofit active only in the City of Roanoke
• Non-neighborhood nonprofits must demonstrate that funds will support neighborhood development projects or programming
• Regional groups and local chapters of state, national, or international organizations do not qualify
• Ineligible groups include educational institutions, lone individuals, private or for-profit businesses, and faith-based organizations
• Organizations with unspent prior grant funds or unfiled final grant reports will not be considered for new funding
• New or unrecognized neighborhood groups should contact the Neighborhood Services Coordinator before applying
