Eligibility

Must be a non-profit corporation registered and in good standing with the State of Georgia
At least two years of experience providing civil legal services in Georgia (for domestic violence program); at least ten years for kinship care program
Must demonstrate personnel and expertise necessary to deliver required services
Service delivery structure must provide adequate coverage throughout the proposed geographic area
Must have sufficient administrative recordkeeping capabilities to fulfill reporting requirements
Must show broad community support and cooperation of relevant local programs
Letters of support or other evidence of community partnerships must accompany applications
Clients served must have income not exceeding 200% of federal poverty guidelines
