About this grant

All funds must be utilized within Steuben, Allegany, Chemung, Schuyler, Yates, or Livingston counties
Priority given to projects directly benefiting the City of Corning, NY
No portion of funds may be re-distributed to other organizations
No portion of funds may be used for lobbying per IRC Section 4945(d)(1-3)
Collaborative applications with local, state, or federal agencies are encouraged
