Must be a 501(c)(3) public charitable organization with 509(a)(1), 509(a)(2), or 509(a)(3) status, a faith-based organization providing social services, a federally recognized Tribe or Tribal nonprofit, or a city government or borough
Must be Alaska-based
Individuals are not eligible
State or federal government agencies are not eligible
For-profit organizations or businesses are not eligible
Private nonprofit organizations not identified as 509(a)(1), (2), or (3) are not eligible
Activities that improperly discriminate or involve religious indoctrination are not eligible
