Eligible organizations may apply in one of six focus areas: safety; mental, social, and emotional health; bridging community divides; workforce development; financial assistance; and food insecurity.

Must be a nonprofit with 501(c)(3) status, state government, county government, city or township government, special district government, public school district, public school, or public/state-controlled institution of higher education
Organization must be located in a designated state, including Kentucky
Application must fall within one of the following focus areas: safety; mental, social, and emotional health; bridging community divides; workforce development; financial assistance; or food insecurity
Programs must serve active military, veterans, first responders, and/or their families
