About this grant

Provides Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program funds to support eligible activities for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Eligible activities are defined under 24 CFR Part 576 and the ADFA ESG Policy and Procedures Manual. The program is a federal block grant administered at the state level by ADFA on behalf of HUD.
