Must be a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) status recognized by the IRS
Organization must be located in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Vermont
Grants are not awarded directly to individuals
Must wait one year from date of award before reapplying (except Campership requests)
