• Funding paid in monthly installments for one year beginning June 15, 2027
• Access to UWBH volunteer review network

• Annual audit or explanation of internal controls
• Qualifying form demonstrating alignment with Community Needs Assessment
• Budget information

• Must be a nonprofit organization, library, or school serving the Black Hills area
• Program must align with one of the Community Impact Areas from the Community Needs Assessment
• Annual audit generally required, or explanation of internal controls if no audit
• Must pass a qualifying form in the application
