Funds contracted social and nutrition services for older adults in southeastern Michigan for the fiscal years 2027–2029 (October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2029). Eligible services include congregate and home-delivered meals, social services, and disease prevention/health promotion programs. Organizations apply through an online platform and must meet AgeWays operating standards.

Eligibility

Must be an organization interested in providing contracted social and/or nutrition services
Must comply with AgeWays Operating Standards for All Programs
Must comply with Service Specific Standards including In-Home, Community, and Nutrition Service Standards
Must serve older adults in AgeWays Region 1-B (Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, and Washtenaw counties)
Must submit pre-contract documents per the Pre-Contract Documents Checklist
