About this grant

Provides funding to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that support elderly individuals (60+) and disabled adults (18-59) in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Grants help clients of eligible nonprofits achieve or maintain independence and quality of life in their homes and communities. Both general operating support and event sponsorship funding are available.

What you get

Up to $5,000 per funding request
Maximum of $10,000 per year
Funds distributed quarterly (first week of April, July, October, or January)

Description of organization, mission, and funding sources
Summary of how funds will maintain client independence and quality of life
Estimated number of elderly and/or disabled clients currently served
Estimated number of clients who will benefit from requested funds
Signed and dated application with initials confirming understanding of requirements

Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
Must support elderly clients (60 years and older) and/or disabled clients (18-59 years old)
Clients must reside in Rockingham County, NH
Organization must reside in Rockingham County, NH
Must explain how funds will allow clients to maintain independence and quality of life
Must provide estimate of current number of elderly and/or disabled clients served
Churches, government entities, and for-profit organizations are not eligible
