About this grant

Supports nonprofit organizations providing direct services to older adults aged 65 and above who would otherwise be isolated or unable to participate in community programs. Funded services include essential home modifications for safe independent living, wellness and physical activities, and social and recreational services. General operating support funding is available for qualifying organizations.
