About this grant

Funds direct services programs that immediately impact and improve the lives of older adults (age 60+) in St. Louis City. Grants support two focus areas: Caregiving Support (including care navigation, respite services, and in-home supports) and Case Management & Resource Navigation (including benefits enrollment, resource navigation, and assistance for older adults with complex needs). One-year grants beginning July 2026.

What you get

One-year grant of up to $75,000 in direct grant expenses
Up to 12% indirect/administrative expenses covered (up to $9,000 on a $75,000 direct expense budget)
Maximum total grant award of $84,000 per year

Eligibility

Must have 501(c)(3) status or be a City of St. Louis government entity
Must have a history of providing services to St. Louis City residents 60 years of age or older
Must have established fiscal policies and procedures and be able to provide documentation of past financial statements
Only one proposal may be submitted as the lead organization
Grant request must not exceed 50% of the organization's annual budget
Programs or services must fall under Caregiving Support or Case Management & Resource Navigation focus areas
