Supports organizations serving older adults (60+) and their caregivers through programs aligned with aging in place, caregiver support, healthy aging, and social determinants of health. Priority is given to organizations demonstrating cultural responsiveness, community trust, and a proven track record of effective service delivery. The 2026 cycle uses an invitation-only application process.

Eligibility

Must serve older adults (60+) and/or their caregivers
Must provide services aligned with aging in place, caregiver support, healthy aging, or social determinants of health
Must demonstrate capacity to safely and effectively serve a vulnerable population
Must exhibit cultural responsiveness and strong community trust
Must have a proven track record of effective program or service delivery
Must be located in or serve Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas/Ft. Worth, El Paso, Rio Grande Valley, or San Antonio markets
Must receive an invitation from WCF to apply (invitation-only process)
