Eligibility

Must be designated as a 501(c)(3) organization
Must be located in Washington, D.C.
Must serve older adults (aged 60+) or adults with a critical illness
Must not be a private foundation (unless for a particular grant purpose)
Must be in full compliance and good standing with relevant state, federal, and county regulations
Applicant must complete the TWH Grantee Information session (in-person or pre-recorded video) and a virtual Grantee Meeting with TWH staff
