• Completed evaluation form from any previous grant (if applicable)

• Must be a nonprofit organization based in San Diego or Imperial Counties
• Must have experience providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Applications from individuals are not accepted
• If vendorized by the San Diego Regional Center, funding is only eligible for program expansion or activities outside the current vendorized program design
• Typically funds only one program per organization per fiscal year
• Previous grant evaluation form must be submitted before future funding requests are considered
• Supplies and physical equipment funded only if unit cost is less than $500
• Indirect costs (including personnel) generally expected to remain below 20% of total grant request
